I appointed Miles and Barr to help sell my 2 bed flat. The initial property inspection was professional and hassle free much like the other estate agents I had around. Their valuation of my property was the most realistic out of the three companies. I arranged photos to be taken and paid extra for the 360 degree walkthrough option. The photos came out well and the property was posted within a few days before the Christmas period, something other estate agents would not promise to do. Their fees were slightly higher than other seller however they were selling a similar flat in the development which had been on the markert approximately 9 months prior and was facing significant delays in the selling process. I went with Miles and Barr as they would have information on this property and the issues they were facing. I was also not going to be in the area anymore so I wanted a larger company who could manage everything. I fortunately only required one viewing so I cannot comment on the extended selling process but was happy with how they booked in viewings and provided feedback. Rebecca Gravener was appointed my sales progressor and was amazing. From start to finish this was a difficult sale as expected dealing with an unresponsive management company. Rebecca was excellent at chasing delays, being honest with me about the situation and managing both parties through a delayed sale process. I truly believe without picking Miles and Barr and getting Rebecca’s support my sale would not have completed. Overall I was very happy with Miles and Barr and Rebecca. Yes they cost more but I feel I got a better service for that increased fee.

Miles & Barr Canterbury office are very professional and have provided 1st class customer service. They have been proactive, are a great team that clearly work very well together, and their collective experience shows. The whole process from the start has been guided and easy. Having now used Miles & Barr for the second time to sell my property, I have found their online App/portal very useful and easy to use, this has allowed me in my busy schedule to quickly access information, accept viewings and keep informed and in touch, but if I need to speak to the office someone is always available to clarify any questions, offer support and solutions. The brochures and online advertising are high quality, informative and accurate. Bradley has been exceptional in handling my sale and now purchase, he has been very supportive when needed and offered creative solutions with his knowledge and expertise. The range of services M&B offer means that I have had all I need to sell my home and achieve the price I was looking for. I would highly recommend Miles & Barr to anyone looking to find their dream home, they found me mine. A big thank you to Bradley and all the team.

Highly recommend M&B for their swift, clear communication and total ease of use (not the same experience we had with another agency). We did viewings with Georgia and Alfie who were not only informative and helpful, but were also great to chat to and very honest and forthcoming as well. They made tour house-hunting experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable, so for that I’d like to thank them.
