On this occasion, we approached a number of letting agents based in Canterbury including Martin & Co (Canterbury branch) to quote us to find tenants for our daughters flat in Sturry that we manage as she has been teaching abroad for the last three years. Her flat became available due to a previous 2 year tenancy coming to an end on 6th July. By Thursday (2 days) she had her first viewing and come Saturday she had a young couple who wanted the flat. Pretty impressive we would say!! It's now Wednesday 15th July and the new tenants have been handed the keys to the flat by Sarah. Between Saturday and today Sarah has liaised with us and the new tenants to enable references to be carried out, the AST agreements to be signed by both parties and monies to be transferred between accounts. Both the new tenants and us as clients are very happy. The service we've received has been excellent from Sarah and her colleagues at Martin & Co (Canterbury).
