Very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and the proactivity of being sent updates on the latest landlord legislation. Records are kept safely and securely electronically and all staff are polite and efficient. Managing two properties has also improved efficiencies so hope the excellent service is maintained going forward. I am very optimistic at this stage.
