I would highly recommend Martin and Co Cardiff estate agents. Henry was excellent throughout the whole process. From the initial valuation discussions, to highly professional photos/ video taken of the property, excellent communication in terms of viewings, as well as a relentless focus to complete the sale at the end. Without Henry’s incredibly hard work towards the end of the process I think we would have lost our sale. If you are looking for an estate agent who is competitively priced, will put the work in to sell your property and has excellent communication throughout the process then I’d recommend you use this company.
