We had our property on the market for approximately four years with various other high street agents in Cardiff. After undertaking Henry Mitchell's re-decoration recommendations and obtaining planning permission for an extension from Martin & Co.’s excellent draughtsperson a buyer was found within three weeks. The sale was completed in approximately eleven weeks. I cannot recommend Henry and Martin & Co. highly enough they are passionate, proactive and know their business well. No matter how busy they were they always found time to call back and give advice. The virtual tour also works extremely well for web based viewing and helps present the property in the right light. The result speaks for itself. Highly recommended.

Martin and co sold my property and were fantastic to deal with. Can't recommend them more. Nevermind being such a lower a price than their competition, they are leagues ahead than two other big estate agents I have dealt with in the past.
