I chose to use Martin & Co due to their prompt response and Henry's friendly and helpful manner. Within days of advertising my flat Henry had conductated viewings and recieved multiple offers. Within a week the flat was sold STC. Unfortunately the buyer had some difficulty with their mortgage which resulted in the sale falling through. The flat was quickly relisted with Martin & Co and once again sold STC within a week. Despite all the relevant checks being carried out by Henry the effects of Covid resulted in this sale also falling through. Third time lucky Henry sold the flat again within a week to a cash buyer. Henry and Stephanie were brilliant in helping get the sale moved along to completion. Stephanie was lovely and kept in regular contact to keep my mind at ease as I was quite anxious the sale would fall through again following the first two buyers. They both were also great at chasing my solicitor who wasn't quite so good at communicating and keeping me in the loop. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co, they went above and beyond my expectation and did everything they could to provide a great service.
