Pretty rude and never available to get ahold of. Ignore phone calls, get hung up on, promised things that’s never follow through. Still waiting for our deposit back after 2 months, said they contacted the landlord and would get back to us within 10 minutes and it’s been nearly a week still, I tried emailing them again to see what was going on and they got extremely rude and unprofessional with me! Absolutely mortified what I read! through everything they’ve done and keeping us waiting yet again, they had the cheek to tell us to hurry up and return the keys before our tenancy had even ended and wanted them on a Sunday when they aren’t even open?! all their staff are so awful and rude barr Abby I think her name was, she’s been trying to help us throughout the entire tenancy and this newly raised issue, would never ever recommend them!

2 days nobody answered their phone

Not a good experience. especially near the end of my tenancy. I was asked by a member of staff if I had changed my lock ( which I did not). She explained that a surveyor had try to let himself in and the key didn't work. He tried to enter without my permission. Hes lucky he didn't let himself in because working nights I was in bed. Martin and co you need to do a health and safety risk assessment. If I had woken up and found a stranger walking around. His health and safety should have been at risk

Save your money and don't deal with them

Awful company with disgustingly high fees, incredibly poor customer service and extremely rude staff. Avoid dealing with these people! Shocking.

The worst agency ever, you get nothing but promises, when I insisted on fixing the faulty appliances, they were so rude. And the call centre is a joke, they never call you back.. They THANKED me and hanged up without hearing from me!!!l

Communication - poor Customer service - poor Issues can be resolved with Managing Director.
