I went to view a house I loved on with Northwood and asked them to come and value mine, which in turn I ended up on the market with them. Carys showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable and personable yet professional. Within a day or two I had a valuation from Nicola, who was great and Literally had my property on the market within less than 24hours of valuation. Carys took amazing pictures and I was happy that she was enthusiastic about the property and would pass this on to potential buyers. So far I am absolutely over the moon with the way things have gone with Northwood. Sold my property and had an offer accepted on the property I love. They have gone above and beyond to get me in a position to be able to offer on my dream house and I can???t thank them all enough. Especially Carys. Will definitely be dropping some biscuits in once we complete. ????????

As someone who has rented for years through multiple agencies Northwood are definitely up there with the best. The staff are friendly, great with communication and sorting problems out quickly. Would highly recommend.

Helpful and professional

We've had a great experience working with Jess at Northwood in our search for a rental flat. She has been responsive, punctual and helpful throughout - showing us the flat twice and responding to all follow up questions.

We had a great experience overall - firstly with Nicola and Adi who showed us around (initially or during follow ups), they were both welcoming and knew when to show us things and when to let us walk about ourselves! Then Claire was the sales progressor for us and it was so helpful having someone to help keep the process moving. Claire was always approachable and quick to respond! This was our first time buying but we're glad our seller chose Northwood over some other estate agents in the area.
