Property purchase review

When dealing with The Letting Station, every stage has been super professional. I was looking for a property for our portfolio, not only did they help me view the properties in a safe environment, post lockdown, they were accommodating with fitting a couple in one day, at short notice. The team have all been so helpful in answering my questions and offering advice, when needed. Tania was a great support as we had a very lengthy purchase process, due to covid etc. She is very professional and is very quick with her responses. Andrew is a hub of knowledge, for all things property. He is such a lovely guy and we look forward to working with the team, going forward.

We have recently used the letting station to sell my fathers property that was left to us. They may be small but they are very professional nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. I had tried a view agents to sell some property for me and was really struggling with one large property. I met The Letting Station and after a day they had secured a sale for the right price. I have been very impressed by all the staff and the professionalism show when dealing with that sale and the subsequent ones since. If you are looking for an agent with that little something extra, I would recommended The Letting Station.

I've been a renter for 15 years and must say that these guys are some of the best I've dealt with. Bent over backwards to get me in by the date I wanted (even though it was a rush), have dealt with any issues during the tenancy promptly, and even now, as i'm moving out, have been attentive in handling references and looking for another place for me. Im sad to be moving away from them and would happily deal with them again in the future.
