Best agent ever
It was so nice to have to deal with an agent who you can build an immediate relationship with. His professionalism and approach to real estate is second to none, with great communication skills and a very friendly personality. Its rare that you come across someone as helpful and supportive as Sean White. I approached Sean from PM Premier just for advice on circumstances regarding my tenant. Sean gave me invaluable advice and went above and beyond to help me overcome the whole situation. The one thing I liked in particular was his excellent and speedy communication. Sean was simply amazing. If you are a landlord, I would highly recommend this letting agent.

Fast professional great service.

I've recently rented a property through this estate agents, and the agent that handles my new home Sean White could not have been any more helpful and patient in helping me secure the tenancy, what a top fella fp, I would recommend this estate agents to anyone. I can honestly say I've never had such pleasant dealings with estate agents until I went for this house and was just as pleasantly surprised at how willing he was to help me at every hurdle. Brilliant and trustworthy
Brilliant agency with great understanding of people's situations. Like I and my girlfriend this is our first time renting a property so us having utility bills and references were impossible! We arranged a viewing with the agency and fell in love with our new home. Wishing a week the application had been processed and we were moving into our new home, great kindness and enthusiasm. Would definetly recommend.

Quick hassle free
Instructed pm premier to find me tenants, it was quick easy, efficient and hassle free. They also found me a tenant which paid 6 months rent upfront and the money and paper work was received the same day the tenants moved in.
