Arranging a viewing was straightforward and quick. Communication was fairly easy as I was able to directly contact the agent and received responses fairly quickly. No issues or last minute changes during the process and move in date was arranged quicker than initially expected.

I had just moved to cardiff from belfast and contacted Sean White at PM Premier to organise a viewing for 5 heol dewi sant. I loved the property and explained that i needed to move in asap as I was living in a B&B. Sean kept me uptodate and organised for me to move in early so that I had somewhere to live as quickly as possible. Since moving in there have been a few issues in the property in relation to maintenance and Sean has organised to have these fixed very quickly.
