Excellent service from PM Premier

Sean White from PM Premier has been most helpful throughout the whole process. He is very friendly, easy to get hold of and replies to/deals with all communication promptly and effectively. A suitable tenant was found within a week. I highly recommend this service for any potential landlords or tenants, I will most certainly be using this service again.

Extremely pleased

Top end entrepreneurial firm that is value for money. They " do exactly what they say they are going to do ". They are the long standing Managing Agents for a block of 23 luxury apartments in Sachville Avenue, CF14. PM Premier have ensured - and maintained - high standards from the outset. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness is greatly appreciated by the owners and residents. Great service!!!

Great service from this agency in regards to my first venture in the big world of renting. Fabulous team who really helped me sort this tenancy out and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process which really put me at ease. Nick, the gentleman I was dealing with helped me and kept in constant contact and even met me on a Sunday to give me my keys. Great service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to use this agency as they were and still are really good to me.
