Finally a friendly Agency who make everything a breeze.
When the house i am a tenant in was bought, their agent PM premier became my new landlords. It was a nice surprise when they took control of everything, from Bond transfer to contracts and made it so easy all i needed to do was a few signatures.... finally looking forward to having a managing agent who are effective and efficient and get things sorted. Thanks PM Premier ;-)

Sold and bought through pm premiere, great staff, got £13000 more than what Peter Alan valued the house at, Sean is really friendly and I can see us being friends for a long time after this. Also there fees were very competitive would highly reccomened this agent.

Our new flat
So happy today have the keys for our new flat. This my first rental property. Pm premier got me into the flat straight away they were great with every thing and explained it all really well for me. A lot of agents wouldn't help me because of my age and first time renting.
