Good, efficient service and great team but hard to get hold of at times if any urgent (to the seller anyway!) queries as their office phone would often cut caller off without warning and/or not allow message to be left. Not a major issue though, team are great and know their stuff and we got sold and moved so thank you very much Northwood! Good email communications for non urgent matters.
