A brilliant agent if you are renting or planning to rent a property. Being a first-time landlord we found the process from start to finish easy and supportive. Louise provided guidance during the initial viewing/valuation visit that need actioning to get the property tenant ready (cosmetically and legally) which was extremely helpful along with detailed information on the rental services provided. Our viewing needs were supported by Louise and Keeley who organised weekend block viewings which limited evening disruption (super helpful when you have young children). The property rented our very quickly and the contract process was very simple with the remote and online system allowing for a quick completion. Overall, a very good service provided by the team in Carshalton.
