From the first time we met Sean when he showed us our rental property, I was very impressed with his professional approach. Every phone call to the office has been friendly and helpful and we have found the whole rental process was made much easier by their friendliness and professionalism. Sean very kindly met us at the property with the keys when we had driven such a long way on the day we moved in and spent a lot of time running through all the necessary information about the flat we were renting. We would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co. and would definitely use them again.

After my old landlord decided to sell up me and my husband struggled to find a new home. We had a two month baby and dog and I am a stay at home mother. Other estate agents would not help us but Martin and co gave us a chance. The director himself showed us the house and was very friendly and responsive. The process to rent and move in was quick. Anything that needed fixing around the house was resolved as quick as it could be considering Covid. They are very friendly and professional and will do their best to help. Highly recommended! Although the only issue with the house is I do believe it has a ghost as my five month old keeps interacting with someone who isn’t there! And things get moved or knocked off the sides in the kitchen!

These guys have given me nothing but incredible service. Always super friendly, helpful and attentive. I once locked myself out of my house with no phone or keys, in the pouring rain, and they let me stay in their office for 2 hours, gave me a cup of tea and then drove me to my land lady as soon as she was home, so I could pick up the spare key. Top notch.

Martin & Co have been absolutely fantastic. They've been really friendly and helpful throughout the start of our tenancy. James in particular has changed his schedule on several occasions to accommodate us, and has been quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. When we requested that some work be carried out, everything was fixed by the time we returned from our holiday 10 days later. Best letting agent I've come across.
