We used EweMove to sell our house and I would definitely recommend going to them straight away! We made the mistake of going with a high street estate agent to begin with, who were hopeless. Chris, Simon and the team are fantastic at what they do and the customer service is great from a sellers point of view. They sold our house within about 8 weeks which was impressive in a tricky market flooded by competition from new builds. Whereas the high street agent didnt even get a single offer in 3 months. So my advice is do not waste your time with high street agent, go with EweMove from the start!

I bought and sold through EweMove and this has all now completed. My flat was recently on with another agent in the town and did not feel that they were pro-active enough in finding me a buyer for my flat, photography wasn't up to standard etc etc. I had heard from a friend that EweMove were great so gave them a call and Simon was able to come round the next morning. From the outset he was very positive and enthusiastic. He gave me a full update on similar properties sold in my area and a wider market update. I was very impressed so did not hesitate in asking him to bring my property to market there and then. He took professional photography which made my dinky flat look amazing and the flat was on the market that night. EweMove managed to get me viewings instantly, and even set up a WhatsApp group with my partner, their negotiator, Sam, myself, as well as Chris and Simon. Communication was great and I got initial feedback right after the viewing so I knew that this had definitely taken place (other agent took 72 hours to tell me a viewing never showed up) and then they would call me the next day once they had got hold of the viewer to give me more detailed feedback. I met Sam a couple of times who conducted the viewings, she has great local knowledge and is very personable. Overall a very good experience selling our property and accommodating my wife and I for viewings of potential purchases. Contactable 24/7 & very quick responses on their 'WhatsApp' group, which we thought was a great idea. Very knowledgeable of the properties that were being marketed and in a difficult sellers’ market, they talked us though our options to sell our property, as quickly as possible and for an agreeable price. Although we didn’t purchase a property through Ewemove on this occasion due to circumstance, we would certainly have no concerns about doing so in the future and we are very happy with there services selling ours.
