Gabrielle Swarbrick is a fantastic Mortgage adviser. She has excellent communication and personal skills. She has helped me to complete the application without any issues. Gabrielle did a great job, the application wasn't as nerve wracking as expected. Thanks to both Gabrielle and Becky who keeps me up to date with everything that's going on. I will use Ryder and Dutton again in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you very much.
It's a great agency for renting property
carmel is a very pleasant young women and very good at her job. I have been happy with her service
A special thanks to Lynne for going above and beyond and to Carmel for a very professional service.
I recently sold a house in the New Moston area of Manchester and I would just like to say that Ryder and Dutton were excellent. Particularly Lindsey who was my negotiator. The only reason I've not given 5 star is that I'm not reviewing Lindsey's work but Ryder and Dutton. Their business model means they are not the cheapest around.
I sold my property with R&D recently. The process itself was a very long one (7 months) as my buyer was in a chain and had some issues from her end. The viewings and advertising were all good, I ended up getting a good price for my property, my only negative feedback is about communication itself. It hasn't always been great throughout the process with me having to chase for updates and some calls not being returned. This is what R&D should seek to improve. 7 months is a very long time and sellers are nervous throughout the process as the sale can fall through at any time, so it would be good for R&D to keep communications flowing for peace of mind.
It is difficult to get through on the phone but when you do the staff are very helpful. Sue has been great despite being on her own most of the time. They could do with some support from head office
Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance". Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.
