Found a property to rent through Frost. Vicky Lyle helped me through the process as I have never rented before. She was brilliant, incredibly helpful and responsive. I am new to the area and she was able to provide lots of local knowledge. I would most definitely recommend Frost.

We recently completed a sale through Frosts Gerrards Cross, and a purchase through Frosts Chalfont St Peter. We can't speak highly enough about both offices. All staff were helpful and professional throughout and in particular we should mention Matthew Craft and Anthony Prokopiou who both worked so hard to help us achieve our sale and purchase. We had excellent service from Frosts, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. They really did go above and beyond for us and we very grateful.

I was put in to a very difficult position due to current circumstances and decided reluctantly to rent my property. I contacted Laura Woodward at Frost Estate Agents, Staines. Laura and the team have been a delight and have been extremely helpful with the process and I genuinely felt looked after. Laura in particular has been a massive support throughout the process. We went into the Chesham branch of The Frost Partnership and were so glad that we did. We met a very very helpful lady called Lorraine who kindly told us so much information about Chesham as we were relocating from miles away. We went to see one of the properties on their books and fell in love with it. We were shown around by Alex who made us feel so at home and was a true pleasure to meetWe loved the property and later called to offer on it. We moved into a property in Windsor and were dealt with by Cheryl and Karen from the Windsor Team. Cheryl has been wonderful and shown us the property throughout its renovation, and both have been in touch with us throughout the ongoing process. The move went smoothly. We encountered a fair few problems on our first few days in the property. But I cannot fault how quickly both Cheryl and Karen had it dealt with (under 24hrs) From leaky ceilings, to hob replacement, temperamental toilets and bleeping fire alarms. All jobs were carried out quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them both and the team here in Windsor.

I've recently been agreed for a tenancy through Frost Partnership and the whole experience was excellent! The viewing with Rona was well organised and felt safe with Covid-19 precautions being made. Communication between us was smooth and the whole process was taken care of very quickly!
