Very happy with the service provided. I viewed a property, completed all of the paperwork and received the keys within 10 days! I needed to contact the office a couple of times with questions and was met with friendly staff, and they returned calls very quickly. They made the whole process quick and stress free. I am so pleased to have made the decision to have Medway Premier Homes manage our flats. Their (evidently) robust tenant-finding process has found us tenants that are paying on-time and not causing any issues. Any issues that have arisen (mostly utilities-related), Keeran and Ralph have gone above and beyond what I expected from a “fully managed service” to ensure problems are dealt with. Some of the issues have meant multiple visits as well as multiple phone calls at all hours! They are very approachable and very amenable. Their suggestions (clearly backed by some well-founded experience) have been refreshing and solution-orientated, taking a lot of the guess-work out for me! Although our properties were newly refurbished, issues arose that I simply couldn’t have legislated for.
