Sale of property
The estate agent, Gary, came to our property and provided good advice on maximising its value and provided us with a well researched estimated value. A buyer was found very quickly and Adrians kept us regularly updated regarding the sale and liaised with the buyer and our solicitor to ensure the sale proceeded with minimum delay. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Adrians and would recommend them to others.

Good service, helpful and friendly

Excellent service and value for money
The help we received was very good indeed. Advice on selling and presentation was coupled with a sensible and sensitive market appraisal. Buyers were correctly matched to our circumstances and all went smoothly. Calls were always answered, or returned and the agent was proactive in pursuing all aspects of both seller's and buyer's interests.

Rian Davis
Rian is an excellent agent, nothing was to much trouble . whenever I phoned for a progress report Rian chased whoever he needed to for the answers. Rian phoned me one or two times a week just to give me updates. My wife and I would like to thank Rian and all the Adrians team for their hard work in compleating the sale. A cut above...
A very helpful company from start to finish! The first point of excellence: Rather than being allocated one person to deal with our sale, the whole office was aware of the property and the current state of the sale. This meant that if one of the advisors was unavailable, someone else could give the required information/update. Second point of excellence: The market valuation was realistic and we sstc very quickly with their assistance. The third point: The sales particulars were well documented and they showed some great images, which, I'm certain assisted in the quick sale. Finally: Adrians were courteous, professional and friendly on all occasions. From our experience, I would highly recommend Adrians Estate Agents to anyone else selling in the Chelmsford area.

Buying of Bungalow
We would like to thank Rian for helping us with our Bungalow purchase, which did not turn out quite as straight forward as we would have liked it to be. He listened patiently to our concerns and was very professional in dealing with them. He was calm and dealt with everything he said he would. He has made the whole process a lot easier Always very polite and knew what he was talking about. We were very impressed and wished we had instructed Adrians to sell our house. very helpful proactive estate agent
Rian was particularly helpful, calm and proactive. Without him constantly going back and forth between all members of the chain and financial advisors I doubt very much if my purchase would have gone through to completion. He co-ordinated the whole process and I would recommend Adrians but Rian in particular as an agent to anyone buying or selling property. Thank you Rian.

Fantastic Service
