They are uncooperative, difficult to communicate with, argumentative, and very lazy.. I have not seen anyone in my time with them take responsibility or have ownership of any issue (its always been someone else's fault). They are Not to be trusted..

Difficult to get our full deposit back, and after much haggling we decided to cut our losses £70 short. Extortionate credit check fees and check out fees, but this is an industry wide con. Would avoid in future simply down the deposit issues alone.

Lived in a flat for 2 years.

Lived in a flat for 2 years. Had inspections every 6 months and no issues noted. At the end of the tenancy they tried to charge us for the most ridiculous things including a rusty key and a whole new suite of furniture as the sofa had a very small nail polish stain. Also tried to charge us for issues with the window due to dampness, which we had contacted them about 4 times throughout the tenancy but it was our fault as we were cooking with the windows closed!!! Absolutely disgusted with them

This letting agency is all about money, (taking yours), they constantly need chasing, you can only trust email as proof of issue or concern as they will deny conversations about issues, and attention to detail or due diligence (you have to trust yourself), they left us with the previous tenants debts, and wanted nothing at all to do with this, took us 6 months and hundreds of pounds of our own money and time to resolve, on return of the property they wanted more the guidelines to permitted as the owner wanted to better the property at our expense... Really do stay away from this Franchise go to a well established letting agent (its worth it)

I cannot find words that say truly disappointing. Full of excuses, (and I mean they will always have an excuse for not doing things) you have to chase them constantly, always late.. waited over 3 months to have repairs done to the property. Appear unexpected at the property for a (Landlord visit).. just cannot be trusted..

We rent out a property using Belvoir, they are an extremely unprofessional company. They have treated us as if we are an inconvenience, whenever we have had to contact them, sometimes they have not bothered to get back to us when they said they would. Their customer service is appalling. I would stay away from this company as a landlord or a tenant and go elsewhere to another agency.

Unhelpful

We rented out our property with Belvoir and they are the most unhelpful company we have come across. Every time we have spoken to someone there they have treated us like we are an inconvenience to them.. I would fully recommend you stay away from this company and find another agency. We will never be using them again.
