I’ve used Martin & Co to sell my house. Lauren has been handling the sale for me and I can’t recommend Lauren or Martin & Co enough. Communication has been regular and I get updates as they happen. Great advice from Lauren and I’ve been given space and time to make decisions without the pressure I’ve had from previous agents. He listened to exactly what we wanted and only showed us properties that fit our criteria - communication was excellent and he was forward thinking showing us properties that we hadn’t considered but he knew (annoyingly!) that it would be the house that we would buy! - always answered questions directly and not in a round about way - I cannot sing his praises highly enough
