Myself and my partner have rented with Martin&Co for coming up to one year. We have had a really positive experience and have found all staff that we have dealt with to be extremely helpful and prompt with any issue we have had. Propertyfile worked really well for us when we had an issue with a light in our flat, we reported the issue online uploading the relevant pictures and a contractor was booked within 24 hours. I have only just began the process of buying a house but our experience with Martin & Co so far couldn't have been better! John and Matt have been amazing and so helpful. He has answered our never ending questions and squashed any concerns that we have had (nothing with the estate agents or themselves of course) We have been to quite a few viewings with many estate agents after our first place fell through back in September but Martin & Co are by far the best we've used. Andrew has proved to be invaluable in looking after our property so that we as landlords can remain as hands-free as possible. From changing tenants, dealing with broken ovens and other requests from tenants, everything has been dealt with efficiently, and with the best interests of all parties in mind. Having spent many years dealing with other agencies who do not compare to the service we now receive, I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and Martin and Co Chelmsford.

100 percent helpful. John the agent found my perfect property. He knew what I was needing as he had asked all the right questions. I needed affordability, spacious outside with outhouse, water ( pond), country feel, plenty of parking. John came up trumps within days. I'm not great with anything technical and john guided me through all the online process, with sending documents, scanning etc, easy for some but a big deal for me.
