Steve and his team at Martin's have been agents for my flat in Chelmsford for over 7 years now. I have found them to be easy to deal with, responsive and reliable, as well as good value. I am a tenant and the general consensus is most letting agents take your money and are then never there for you. HOWEVER, Gemma and the team at Chelmsford Martin & Co have been great and I have recieved nothing but a 1st class service throughout, I would highly recomend Martin & Co to anyone looking for an letting or estate agent who is easy to deal with and totally reliable. Nothing seems to much and are propt and courteous at all times.

Always polite and well informed, the service was highly responsive and supportive. Nothing was ever to much trouble and, most importantly, I felt secure in the knowledge that my interests were protected at all times. If you are a Landlord or a tenant look nowhere else. I will certainly use Martin and Co again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Martin and Co. managed my rental property for me for four years and did an excellent job for me. When I made the decision to sell the property, Martin and Co. were the obvious choice for me. I did get other valuations but Martin and Co.'s was the most competitive. They did an excellent job for me with the whole sales process and really looked out for my best interests as the seller.
