I would wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to sell their property in Chelmsford. Lauren and Ben in particular were excellent throughout, offering timely and detailed communication as well as providing the knowledge and insight to sell our home in under two weeks. Unlike our experience with other agents locally, it for the first time felt like we were in competent hands who were invested in providing the best service.

I’ve used Martin & Co to sell my house. Lauren has been handling the sale for me and I can’t recommend Lauren or Martin & Co enough. Communication has been regular and I get updates as they happen. Great advice from Lauren and I’ve been given space and time to make decisions without the pressure I’ve had from previous agents. Lauren has taken into consideration some specific requirements which has made the process less stressful than it could’ve been. Thank you Lauren

Ben Clark has been fantastic with the whole showing around and buying process and has restore my faith in estate agents! He listened to exactly what we wanted and only showed us properties that fit our criteria - communication was excellent and he was forward thinking showing us properties that we hadn’t considered but he knew (annoyingly!) that it would be the house that we would buy! - always answered questions directly and not in a round about way - I cannot sing his praises highly enough
