We've used CJ Hole for two house sales now and they're always professional and don't hang around. The sign was up within 24 hours and came down on the day of the sale completing. Always good advice and well organised viewings. Most importantly they phone you with weekly updates on progress and aware of any possible issues with the full chain - something that isn't that common with on-line agents. More expensive than on-line - yes, but well worth it if you want as little stress as possible.

We have used a number of letting agents in Cheltenham, and without doubt C J Hole has surpassed our expectations and are now our go to choice for lettings. We have four properties with them on a fully managed service, they respond quickly to our emails and are always on top of any issues. The latest property took just hours from property visit to being listed on Rightmove, and days to a successful let. Will continue to use them for future lettings. Excellent service all round.
