Martin and Co have been brilliant assisting us with renting our new place. Rose was lovely and did not rush us during the viewing. My Mum has not been well and she was so considerate when we called them a week later to say we would like the property . The first thing she asked her was how she was. Moira was very quick and efficient in getting the paperwork required to us and confirming receipt of payment. Aiden took us through signing the tenancy agreement and was happy to answer any last minute questions we had at the time. John was incredibly helpful during the check in. He pointed out the standard things we needed to know - water shut off, gas shut off etc but he also helped us plug in the fridge freezer and sort the oven as the applicances and sockets were new. I cannot recommend Martin and Co in Cheltenham enough they have made the process so much easier and straightforward for us and have gone above and beyond excellent service.
