Every dealing I have had with them over the last two years has been unbelievably bad. Any query I have had gets passed from clueless person to clueless person, from taking 3 weeks to get a toilet fixed to now losing my keys. These are basics, I am not a fussy tenant. Anyone thinking of renting a place through them... AVOID, its not worth the hassle. Any landlords, GO ELSEWHERE they provide a terrible service.
