Kerry with Martin&co has been such a huge help with our moving process. We've had many hiccups along the way and she's always been happy to help us anyway she can! As soon as we applied she's been doing the most to speed the process along! I could not recommend them enough!

First time renting ever and Martin & Co made it so easy. Literally viewed the property and was in two weeks later. Kept me well informed and my the move stress less. Had a few small issues when I got in, but as soon as I reported these they were all sorted within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

5 stars all the way. They are a very professional outfit. I am always kept upto date on any happenings regarding my tenancy through their Portal. Their communications, quality of tenants, and speedy responses make them a prime choice for anyone letting properties in Chesterfield. I was with a different agency previously, and MartinCo are miles ahead with their level of professionalism and conduct. They involve me every step of the way, and most importantly, I never feel like they dont have my best interests at heart. I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic work on finding, setting up, and managing a 2nd Temancy agreement for my property. I wish you more success in the new Year.
