We finally moved from West Sussex to Chinnor in January, after a very stressful few months. Our buyer’s, and their buyers’ solicitors were very difficult to communicate with but Charlie and Jayson went above and beyond. They managed to get hold of both solicitors below us in the chain - often holding on for 45mins - and were continually chasing to stop the chain falling apart. Without them we would not be here. I decided to use Parkers after having a really poor experience with another local estate agent....and how sorry I am that I didn’t use them to start with! From start to finish the process was completely seamless and I just couldn’t fault either Charlie or Jayson. Charlie, specifically, has been amazing! Not living locally and then Covid meant that communication was super important to me.
