We rent through CJ Hole, who also manage the property. We have only experienced prompt and courteous service: the annual safety and property checks are carried out professionally with plenty of notice and appropriate paperwork; and on the rare occasions when a maintenance issue requires attention, CJ Hole arrange quick and good quality work. Only once, a couple of years ago, were they let down by the landlord's choice of sub-contractor: CJ Hole listened to our concerns about the work done, and then arranged for their own sub-contractor to complete the work to a much better standard - we were very happy their response and help. Thumbs up: I would recommend CJ Hole to friends in the area.

Rose was very friendly, made the process very easy for us. The very first house that we went through with CJ Hole , we loved it and now we are happily settled down in the same.
