We’ve moved over 12 times & Alex is without a doubt the best estate agent we’ve ever had. When we first instructed Alex just before November lockdown he came & did the photos when the photographer wasn’t able to so we could get the house listed, and from the outset he has gone above and beyond in every aspect. I can honestly say I have never seen an estate agent work so hard to progress to exchange, even assisting the private sale element of the chain which was way above & beyond. He was so patient over 2 weekends where we hadn’t managed to exchange & reassured us, getting straight on the case again as soon as solicitors reopened. We managed a 10 week process from listing to completion which in the current climate was pretty amazing, and with a chain of 4 as well and no way would we have done this as quickly without Alex’s dedication & hard work. I have recommended Alex to many people in the village we lived in and know at least one who has already instructed Alex. We wish him & Jo every success in their future. Having used Ewemove to both sell and buy our new property, we cannot recommend Ewemove highly enough. With cost always being a factor when moving, Ewemove were competitive but also delivered beyond your average estate agent to get us over the line and into our new home. Alex (the Branch Director) was always contactable and helped if any issues arose as well as keeping us informed between all parties. Moving in 2020 was never going to be easy however Ewemove did what everything possible to make it as smooth of a transition as possible.
