I was able to deal with Steve all the way through the process. Having the same single point of contact was brilliant. Steve was also available via messenger at weekends too. When hitches and problems arose, Steve dealt with them very professionally.

Amy has been a brilliant help throughout the whole process. Amy’s communication was brilliant and we felt fully in the loop at all times. This was key as we didn’t find this to be the case with everyone we used in our journey.
