From the initial viewings, Steve was so friendly and very informed on the properties we saw with him. Then throughout the process since, he has been so helpful. Communication is A***, always so responsive and also helped me smoothly correspond with the sellers when needed. I truly felt like he was invested in helping us buy our forever home. One time I had to call the office when Steve was on holiday to pass a message to the sellers, and even the lady I spoke to (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was so informed on our situation and helped so efficiently!
