Robert Watts were the agents for our recent house purchase - specifically Lisa and Nicky - and can honestly say I don’t think we could have asked for better service. I purchased my first property through Robert Watts years ago. I then decided to rent this property out and used their lettings service for this. I have to say this has been a fantastic service for me. The property has been really well looked after. I know from neighbours around the area that all tenants have been great and caused no issues. Had a rather jaded opinion of estate agents however, Robert Watts changed our opinion completely. From the start, the valuation was a positive experience which can’t be said for another agent we also tried. We dealt with Nicky and Liz and they couldn’t do enough for us. Our personal experience had many hurdles and they helped us every step of the way. They were always available, offered advice when asked and spoke to our buyer and their solicitor when queries arose.
