I had used Robert Watts for the purchase of my home over 3 years ago and when the time came to sell my home, I knew they'd be the best Estate Agents to do this too! They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble.
