Friendly staff

We have used Whitegates Estate Agency in Cleckheaton for 6 years now to manage the letting out of our apartment. I cannot praise Louise and Amanda enough. They have been very professional and friendly, and have given us sound, prompt advice when we have needed it. Whenever anything has required fixing, they have dealt with it immediately, making sure that both our tenant and ourselves have confidence, knowing that we are all being well looked after. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to use them to manage their property. In the past we have also used Whitegates to sell a property, and were happy with their service in that respect as well.

We sold our house in Liversedge through Whitegates,, and the staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them, and their customer service skills are excellent. Would highly recommend selling and buying any property through them.

I would just like to praise the amazing staff at Whitegates Cleckheaton. I rented with them for 9 years in the same property and my experience could not have been better. They never took longer than a day to respond to contact, if not straight away when ringing them. Amanda was always on hand if I popped into the office and extremely helpful. All checks that needed doing within the time I spent with them were organised and efficiently carried out, when convenient for myself. The boiler man was always a delight to see every year. I was sad to leave but even after leaving they have still kept in touch and kept me in mind for any properties that come up. Louise was also very sympathetic and helpful giving advice and trying to find us another property. I will definitely be using them again soon.

Nine weeks from viewing to completion! :o) The staff were lovely and always responded quickly to my emails; they were also friendly and chatty on the couple of occasions when I popped into the office. Stephen came and viewed the property along with 2 other estate agents and he was so positive primarily about the key points of the house/garden but also about the potential buyers. His valuation was more than the others but it was his motivation that was infectious and I was confident he would portray that to maximise customers. Louise's photographs captured the property at its absolute best, the team promptly got it marketed and had 3 viewings lined up even before they had the keys!!! 3 good offers came straight in and were communicated promptly.
