We first approached CJ Hole Clifton in Dec 2019 and sold our property just before the pandemic. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to lockdown. We had a few difficult months following that but managed to sell at the end of summer 2020. The service we have received from Rafal Lunitz is five stars. Since he took over as our property manager, things have run very smoothly. When he started, he tied up all the loose ends his predecessors started and had fallen to the wayside. Rafal’s customer service skills are exceptional. He is always helpful, responsive and keeps everyone updated. We don’t need to chase up on jobs because he is very much on top of it and follows through. He is knowledgeable and impartial in the advice he gives and is very personable. Having gone through a few disappointing property managers, we found it refreshing to have Rafal, as he is an excellent property manager.

The letting team have charge over my two student houses. The whole team has supported me promptly and efficiently through all the twists and turns of this past year; setting up new contracts, keeping checks on certification, and organising contractors to do repair works.
