I communicated mainly with Lewis. I had offered on a property, the offer got accepted however unknown to myself at the time the property that I had offered on was leasehold. My personal preference was to buy this property freehold. Lewis tried tremendously hard to coordinate this process. He went out of his way to contact whoever he could in order that we could get a positive resolution. Once the builder leaves it is not an easy process especially if these organisations give you the run-around and don't call you back.
