Having discussed our sale with 4 local agencies, Ed at Mortimers spent time to fully evaluate our home and to suggest a selling price that was substantially greater than the others, fully explaining the rational and giving us the benefit of his extensive local knowledge. Mortimers introduced us to the staff that would manage the process and arranged & managed the viewings. The house sold for the proposed price fully confirming Mortimers as the right choice for our sale. We have moved to Scotland which, meant a slight complexity in the legal process due to the different systems in these regions and once the conveyancing was under way, we experienced a few problems with delays on our buyers side. Geraldine was assiduous in chasing our buyer and and their solicitors to resolve these and was a key player in ensuring everything went through on the agreed dates.
