Following zero interest in our property for 6 moths on sale with another agent, we were pleasantly surprised at the effect of moving to Lillingtons. Within the first week we had 4 viewings, largely thanks to the improved presentation and photography and the 'First Look' on Facebook which gathered interest. She is efficient, friendly and very helpful. She looked after the tenants on my behalf very well. I am now selling my property and Sharon have undertaken this with gusto ! A very professional, well run business.

Lillingtons is a very professional, well run independent business that puts the needs of the vendor first but is scrupulously fair to potential purchasers. Emphasis is on good practice, integrity and transparency of process throughout. Brochures and photographs are of a very high standard and the displays in the local office are outstanding. If we sell again we would certainly return to Lillingtons.

I selected Lillingtons, Cockermouth branch to sell my deceased mother's bungalow after I wasn't totally happy with the two other local agents I had used to obtain a valuation. I found them to be very professional and helpful. In addition, I also "cold called" in another of their branch offices to see how I would be greeted .before deciding to use them. I was very impressed and this helped me to make my decision to use Lillingtons. It was most important to make the right choice as I live a very long way from the property I was selling. I was more than satisfied with all my dealings with their staff and was highly delighted when the bungalow sold to the very first viewer.. I know this was very lucky, but I had chosen Lillingtons as finding a buyer could have taken much longer and I had confidence in them.
