Martins are a very good estate agent. They are particularly good at giving an accurate valuation and then negotiating this with buyers. Gary is an excellent straight talking businessman which is rare. Unlike many estate agents they do not make unmeetable promises. They deliver and I and my partner successfully sold both our properties at the right price. Beware other, more slick estate agents, especially if they try to attract you with ridiculous valuations.
