Nothing but exceptional from start to finish, the whole process was smooth. TBH I only visited the Office when I first started my house and next was to collect the keys. We have used Martin & Co in Colchester to fully manage our apartment for 15 years. Gary Everett and the team have always been excellent and very professional all of this time. Gary has been like a friend to us and always took care of us and our tenants when ever any issues arose with our property such as breakdowns or decorating requirements. We have had a few different tenants over the years and never once did we ever worry about the new tenants as Gary and the team have always made sure we would have good people. We recently sold our apartment which Alex Child from the office arranged and managed the sale sourcing our solicitor and managing the sale for us.
