My message to the conveyancing world... "Be more Martin"... From the minute Matin came to value my home I knew I wanted to start what was a very big step for me with his business. He was straight talking, valued the house fairly, gave advice on how to best market it visually and was clear on what he'd do and when. In fact he was certain he'd sell my home in a weekend and he did. When the purchase of my ongoing property fell through Martin not only managed the comms with my buyer but he supported and reassured me when everyone else seemed to be turning up the pressure for their own gains. When we hit further hurdles with my buyers solicitors going out of business just as we'd confirmed completion dates.
