Throughout the process they were always friendly and kept me informed and gave me an honest opinion at every step. During the sale process I liaised with the Sales Progression team (mainly Sarah but also Sue) who were very friendly and lovely to chat to, keeping me well informed and helping push the sale through. It was great to have a devoted team working on progressing the sale as I feel this is more efficient than one agent managing everything. Open 7 days and always quick to respond to queries. I was really impressed with Paul when he came to value my property. Very open & honest. The photos were the best I’ve seen. Ross was really impressive, I also viewed a property with him & I knew I wanted him to sell my house. In a difficult market we achieved what I needed. Paul was extremely professional dealing with the after sale, he was on top of everything until completion, chasing solicitors, estate agents etc. & ensuring the chain did not break down. I don’t think I was the easiest person to deal with so hats off to Paul for putting up with me!!!!
