Superb commitment, patience and understanding from the entire team. Our buying journey took us through the process of meeting Mark, Tom and Paul. After several months of to-ing and fro-ing, and plenty of great advice and hand holding from Paul, and unrivalled follow up and chasing down of third parties from Sarah and Tom - we eventually purchased the house we wanted. These guys and girls are superb at what they do and we highly recommend them,

Honest, Friendly, Professional and Pro-active Agents

We chose Move Revolution after viewing a house with Mark Waldron. After being extremely disappointed with other agents we felt Mark's approach was honest, friendly and professional so we signed up. We were then put in the safe hands of Tom Gunstone who managed the sale of our house. He got us several viewings and managed to hold on to our buyer whilst negotiating back and forth. Our property was not a run of the mill but a 150 year old Victorian property so not the most straight forward to sell. Tom's approach is very honest and personable. As we moved on to the sales progression Paul Brice took over and without him there surely would have been no sale. We were impressed with his "thinking outside the box" as he suggested we rent our property back from the new owners as they needed to complete before the buy-to-let stamp duty increase. It was a very daunting thing to do but we felt reassured by Paul that Move Revolution would be with us every step of the way. Paul called us to keep us updated and also communicated with other agents in our chain and on top of that spoke to the solicitors to make sure our purchase was proceeding as it should.. Don't think I have ever come across anyone with such tenacity to move things forward. We signed a tenancy agreement with the help of Hannah Gunn. in the Lettings Department. Hannah handled the communication between us and the Landlords very well. I have already recommended Move Revolution to a friend who had tried several agents and they also sold shortly after us. To summarise: if we hadn't instructed Move Revolution to sell our property I have a feeling we'd still be on the market now. Instead we are nicely settled in our new home able to enjoy life. Faultless, helpful and involved!!

I recently purchased a property in Lingfield, my agent dealing with the process was Tom Gunstone and I do not have a bad word to say as he was simply outstanding!!! Extremely pleasant and helpful! My move was far from straight forward but Tom was there to help constantly, he was consistently updating me and advising me of what would be the next process! I would STRONGLY recogmend move revolution and expecially Tom to anyone who is looking at buying/selling a property! he will most certainly be the first person who I contact when I want to move in the future! At no point during the process did I feel like just another client! it felt very personal and I hope that Tom receives what he deserves as he is a credit to his industry!!!!

Sold our house in 24 hours!

We were recommended Move Revolution by a friend after already having 4 other Estate Agent valuations. Right from the very first meeting with Paul I felt that we were going to be in very safe hands. Once appointed, the professional photographer was set up for the very next day and took the most amazing photos of our house that I almost didn't want to sell! We were relying on the sale of our house to make an offer on our dream home which I'd found on a whim only a week earlier which Paul and his team knew about. Our house went on the market on the Thursday and by Friday they had already got 15 viewings set up for that weekend and our house sold for the full asking price! They had worked so hard on our behalf that I was able to make an offer on our new house on the Monday! Thankfully our offer was also accepted. Paul then passed us over to Sarah who was our sales progressor. Our house sale and purchase took exactly 12 weeks which was fantastic and it all went relatively smoothly, there were some frustrating and stressful moments which are to be expected but Sarah was fantastic and worked so hard for us, again I knew that we were in safe hands and that Sarah would get it sorted! We moved into our new home on Friday, which was the exact timeline that we were working towards due to a two week holiday 4 days later. I can't thank and recommend Paul and his team enough and if I'm crazy enough to go through it all again then they will definitely be my first phone call.

Purchase of our New Home

We have just completed on the purchase of our new home and could not be happier. The service we received form all the staff at Move Revolution was outstanding ! Despite a very long and drawn out process from being in the longest chain ever (!) Paul took personal responsibility to manage each and every step of both the sale and purchase negotiation to deliver the best outcome possible. Move Revolution have been fantastic throughout the whole process of me selling my house. Mark (agent) and Sarah (sales progression) have both been fantastic thoughout the whole process. Mark was friendly, honest and incredibly helpful and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. So quick to reply to my emails/calls etc dring the listing/viewings process and really made sure that I received an excellent service. Sarah in the sales progression team was so helpful. She was always available and always chasing things up to ensure a smooth transaction for both me and my buyer.
