Just to say that Paddy McCormack at Hendersons in Corby, and Jessica Deacon at their office in Kettering have acquitted themselves in the best way possible in dealing with this 'fraught' transaction. I put my house on the market on the Thursday with Henderson Connellan and sold it on Saturday. They knew my requirements and my sale went through in 8 weeks. This is the second house that we have sold with Henderson Connellan and they are absolutely fantastic. They go out of their way to be helpful and informative, whilst making it all look effortless. If they say they're going to do something-then they do it. We have had experience of other agents in the town, and Henderson Connellan are by far the best. They're trustworthy, honest and most of all competent at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and integrity and the hassle of selling a house taken away from them.
