The best agency we have ever used!
After renting for over 13 years, and using a number of agencies, H2L Lettings in Meriden were by far the best agency we have come across. From the first conversation, right through to moving in, Carl and the team were so helpful, professional and friendly. The application process was incredibly stress-free and quick, and we moved in just two weeks after viewing the property. We absolutely love our new home, so thank you H2L!

Excellent service and communication!
Received excellent service from Gary and Karl and the H2L team! Very clear throughout our rental process as to what needed to be completed and by when so that the whole process was as easy as possible for us, especially considering we were first time renters! Highly recommend
We were really pleased to have found an agent who does not charge any unrealistic figures for letting agreements and who deliver what they promise. In fact we came across a small team of friendly people who were genuinely enthusiastic about our move to the area, and who offered a customer service which is second to none when it comes to professionalism.
