Every viewing we had booked through MR he’d beat us there, have things like the fires lit or windows open or would have tidied up if it was last minute. We were wowed every time and knew that if we were going to go on the market we’d want him showing people our home and all it had to offer. Paul did our appraisal - straight talking, didn’t try and fob us off with ‘agent chat’ and actually did some listening. We knew exactly what we needed for ours And needed in something new - and by the end of our meeting we felt like he really did too.
